| Review: | Having rented from numerous agencies I found MTS very unprofessional. Upon pickup of the rental bike, paperwork reflected 15 days charge for a 14 day period as owners said take the bike the night before to the motel, then added the extra day. Discounted rate schedule per website is purposely ambiguous for their benefit. Fourteen day rental with 10% discount would lead one to believe 10% discount over 14 day period, however according to MTS the 10% only applies to days 8 thru 14. Concourse 1400 had warped front brake rotor and needed 2 tires half way through my trip. |
